"Cara is the best stretch therapist I've been to, and I've been to a few.  I have lower back pain, or should I say Had lower back pain, and she helped solve so much of it.  Before doing any physical therapy or stretch therapy I tried chiropractic every week and saw no progress.  It wasn't the right solution to what I had, which were weak muscles/supporting muscles, tight muscle fascia in my lower body , legs, hips glutes, and core.  Nothing worked right and I couldn't even do cardio without feeling like back was going to break the next day.  As in, I couldn't play basketball, couldn't play tennis, run up a mountain, or even do light jogging.  

Cara has helped me so much and I plan on continuing to do more sessions with her as she's helped me so much.  Can't recommend her enough!!"
