60 and 90 minute in-home FST sessions are available by appointment.

Single sessions, packages, and monthly options are available.

Cash, personal checks, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle are accepted, as well as credit cards for an additional 3.5% transaction fee.

A credit card must be provided to schedule an appointment, however it will not be charged unless: the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, or client agrees that this is the preferred method of payment once the session is completed.

A $50 fee will be applied to any returned payments. 

HSA/FSA cards are accepted via Square, and will be subject to a 3.5% transaction fee. 

Invoices provided for all transactions upon request.

​Pricing varies based on the following considerations:

• In-home vs. other: While the majority of my business is mobile, meaning that I travel  to your home, there are instances in which I may offer sessions based out of other locations for events

• **Travel: Distance & time. Calculation based on the distance and/or time to travel from zip code 85018 (Phoenix, specifically the Camelback East/Arcadia neighborhood.)

• Table availability: FST is a table-based method of assisted stretch therapy. This means I must transport my (massage) table unless there is already one on the premises. Some clients choose to purchase their own table in order to received an ongoing discounted rate for their stretch therapy sessions. If you are interested in purchasing your own table, I can provide recommendations. If you have a massage table and would like to know if it can be used for our FST appointments, please mention this when contacting me for pricing.

• Single sessions vs. Packages vs. Monthly Invoicing:
  Single sessions offer the flexibility (so to speak!) to schedule as needed, or for those with full or varied personal/business schedules. This pricing model would offer no discounts
  Packages (minimum of 5, but can vary based on preference) offer the option of a more streamlined payment process. Steele Body will keep track of these for you, and will notify you before your last session is used. A discounted rate per session is applied, and billed/paid prior to each package start date. The discounted rate is based on the number of sessions in the package. Travel and table availability is factored in to package pricing.
  Some clients enjoy regularly scheduled, multiple sessions a week; and for that convenience, once monthly, prepaid, billing is available. Discounted per session rates are applied, travel and table availability are still considered in monthly billing.

**Due to the current and on-going geopolitical climate and increasing fuel costs, a temporary fuel surcharge may be applied to your session rate. My policy on this is as follows: Travel over 10 miles (each way) will be assessed a surcharge of 72.5¢ per mile in accordance with the 2026 Federal Mileage Reimbursement Rate while (regular, unleaded) fuel prices are higher than $4/gallon. As of 3/18/2026, in 85018, the average cost of gas is $4.72/gallon.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Life happens, and I completely understand that. Children get sick, work runs late, unexpected things come up. You forget. We've all been there. 

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved especially for you.

As a sole practitioner running a (mostly) mobile business, if that appointment is missed or cancelled, that time cannot be refilled. Unfortunately, I can not absorb the financial cost of others' unexpected circumstances. My time is my livelihood. A missed appointment = unpaid time.

My policies regarding cancellation aren't personal, but are based on personal experience throughout my career as a Fascia Stretch Specialist and Personal Trainer. I hope there is an understanding that these policies are in place for fairness and sustainability. I truly appreciate your business, your understanding, and for respecting the time reserved just for you.

• I will offer the opportunity to reschedule as a courtesy on a case by case basis, under the following conditions: 

• Sessions must be rescheduled during the same calendar week, based on availability

• Additional charges may be applied if I am traveling from outside the 85018 zip code to or from your appointment (i.e.: if I am traveling to or from another client before or after your appointment)

• Rescheduling or cancellations are not a recurring issue

• Other circumstances which may not be listed above
